AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM SERVICE

Air Conditioning System Service; Service cost €114.50 (R134a system)

Air Conditioning System Service; Service cost €148.50 (R12 system)

This service includes all of the items mentioned in the System Inspection & Report Service - Click here for details

Additionally a De-Gas, Nitrogen (OFN) Leak Test, Deep Vacuum A/C system, and Re-Charge is included. The full service takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete.

Also included in the price is the supply of appropriate gas, up to 1 Kilogram in weight and oil top up as necessary.

This service includes:

System Inspection & Report
Gas Analysis estimated remaining charge if any.
In-Car Temperature Analysis records pre-service Air Conditioning system performance.
Leak Test using OFN (Oxygen Free Nitrogen) pressure test.
Deep Vacuum of AC system
Re-Charge with R134a/RS24 to manufacturers specifications.
Add correct amount & grade of compressor oil.
Final Leak Tests using electronic refrigerant gas sniffer.
Repeat of In-Car Temperature Analysis; records post-service aircon system performance.

Note: Some of the above services assume there is some gas left in your system to test with and it is possible to run the system in its 'faulty' state. To complete the service the system must be proved to be leak free.
